The House of Pakovalon

Welcome to the World of Digheia! This is the setting for the House of Pakovalon comic and story, and contains most of the background material, research, history, and other things used to frame and set the storyline in. Note that it is highly recommended that you read the comic all the way through first, as information on this wiki will contain spoilers to both current and future comics set in this world.

Digheia is a Low Fantasy world with plenty of RPG-style tropes just ready to be subverted, filled with humans, elves, goblins, magic, adventures, politics, intrigue, and a nekojin. Yes, a single nekojin. One. You don’t get any more. Sorry, catgirl fans, but one is all you get, and you aren’t getting any more! Oh, and we can’t forget the gods, either! They do show up on rare occasion.

The main storyline follows Ghylril of Pakovalon, a Grothian elf who, through no fault of her own, has managed to attract the attention of the Goddess of Magic herself. Yeah, that goes just about as well as you can expect. Be Careful Of What You Wish For and all that!

This wiki is divided by subject matter, starting with the Core Magic System being used in this setting. Additional information will be added as it becomes available or when I get around to it. And yes, I do us A.I. as a research tool. No, I do NOT use any form of A.I. to create images in the comics themselves, those were all hand-posed using a game engine based on Unity. I also write my own dialog completely from scratch, so all of you A.I. haters, get over it already!
